Chefs of Tomorrow
Meeting of Chefs of Tomorrow,a leadership operation, focuses on students in the hotel and catering industry,was held on Wednesday 12 and Thursday 13 October 2016.
400 youths in Hotel Institutions throughout France participated in the exchange with Chefs on the Excellence of gastronomy around the different highlights such as
breakfast, Interviews, witnessing, competition of table dressing, workshops and Masterclass.
