My name is MOHAMED Mahmoud Fawzy, I am 20years old of Egyptian nationality, and I reside in Egypt. After graduating from a hotel institute,I began working in the main kitchen of Wadi Delga Club.I later worked at Lemon tree restaurant in Craya Beach Hotel.
My love for cooking developed when I noticed it was not all about holding a knife, you need to be very innovative, creative and professional. I gained more experience from working and learning from different places like The lemon Tree Restaurant where I invented dishes based on micro cuisine. Participating in young chefs competitions gave me more experience, and I also won a medal. I am presently the culinary ambassador of the young chefs who will participate in the international competition in Africa.

I started to love the kitchen when I saw that the kitchen was not a knife, and that the kitchen meant a professional chef, in the sense of art and creativity meant inventing everything new based on a strong science
My experience started when I go from place to place in a new look looking for a new one
My experience increased when I started working in the lemon tree restaurant and started to invent new dishes based on micro cuisine
I learned a lot when I participated in the best young chef contest and got a medal
I am now the culinary ambassador of the young chefs who will participate in the international competition in Africa
