We are hiring
head chef m/f with proven experience in one or more positions in the kitchen.
PROFILE
– develop creative cuisine, taking account of the evolution of tastes, trends and culinary technology.
– put in place and organising of production.
Design a division of tailored tasks and scalable.
– computer ratios and produce menu costing and inventory.
– new methods and processes that anticipate the changing needs and tastes of the customer.
– optimize the use of new technologies at the same time supervise activities of a different nature.
