We are looking for a Chef for the DREAM BEACH restaurant for the month of January 2017.

Required skills :  

  • Manage the catering team
  • Create a menu
  • Develop menus and make dishes
  • Monitoring and controlling the proper functioning of the distribution of the service (cooking, temperature, speed, presentation, continuity of production,)
  • Define, control and report on the management of the institution’s activities by leading and managing a team of food service professionals.
