About me

I was born in 1982 in Kumasi Ghana.During my studies I took up a German Nationality.In 1995 I started training at Crown Plaza hotel Wiesbaden to become a Chef.

At the end of my training in 2001,I ended civil service and different internships that led me to different parts in Europe (Zurich,Barcelone,Tel Aviv,Izmir…).Later I was working as Chef de Partie at Bellevue which is a Michelin accredited restaurant in Cologne.After holding different Chef positions in Frankfort and its environs, I worked with Kai Schattner (Sommelier of Gaultmillau in the 2003), this helped me to improve and develop my knowledge in wines. I later graduated as an International private Chef in (Italy, kazakhstan,Spain, United Arab Emirates and many others).during this period I discovered my obsession for French cuisine.In addition I obtained a certificate as a fitness trainer in 2009.

The idea of having my own Restaurant was still a dream.When the spark of Enthusiasm surged,”Anthony’s” was just memories.what make the concept of Antony’s special,is the combination of a culinary school and a Restaurant.With BEN Diekmann as architect and Roland Pullen as owner of the location, I am on the verge of opening a new Restaurant.
