I’m Illemay Michael, Im 24 years old and of french and Martinique origins. I was born in metropolis in the South of France where I started my job and a passion at the age of 15 . I started my pre-apprenticeship in a small restaurant for 1 year. Then I came back to the hotel school in cannes for 2 years after I obtained my diploma, I spent 2 years in the kitchen in a 4 star hotel,I had a very good experience.It has been 9 years of folowing my passion and I have met great people throughout my internships, but also by partaking in competitions,today I have my Facebook page called ”Mika cook” this page is close to my heart, I put all my culinary creationsm competitions and all the beautiful people I have met either renown chefs or not,this remains huge in my eyes. Today I can say that my kitchen is simple but well presented while respecting the product. sometimes Provençal but still remains exotic especially the desserts of Martinique origin, a beautiful island,going there on vacation I discovered a simple spicy and very fruity cuisine. My goal today is to continue doing what I love to do, to travel and discover new products to work with and meet new people.
