My name is Christopher Akpekou I was born on 22nd of November 1992 Togolaise of Natoinaly and I leave in Ghana which is my mother country and that’s where am pursuing my culinary career.
I grew up in a town name Atakpame in Togo where I couldn’t complete my school so I decided to listen to myself; I mean follow my dream which I early discover when I was in school and that is the first step of my culinary life.So I took my Adventure to Ghana Motherland where I got my opportunity to work in a Restaurant as a Kitchen helper from then i was choose to be training as a Cold dishes by the owner of the Restaurant Mr.Lee which is one the best Chinese chef that moment and that is my first training. after I was now employed as sous chef and I works with them almost two years.later on I got another opportunity to works in a restaurant call IMPERIAL PECKING and that is where I was be able to meet chef Todd Mohr’s who give a lot of teaching online which make me Discover a lot of things in my chefs life . Now I became house Chef and at same time a Restaurant chef.
My vision is to become who I really want to be and also take my country Africa to the Next level of culinary Art.
