Hello, my name is Charles AMEHEY, I am 27years old and of Togolese origin.
I reside in Dakar in Senegal.
I was born in a family where everyone cooked(Man and Woman), as a result during my childhood, I started cooking the family way. It is thus in the same line that my dad encouraged me to take up this career. He even pushed me to undergo a culinary training. It is after this training that I did gastronomy with the help of my aunt who was already in the trade.
I started cooking since my childhood. Today, I work in a restaurant which enables me to make gastronomy cuisine by offering the services of catering in the embassies and the international firms of the place.
After my training, I had to leave Togo to carry out internships in Benin before moving to Senegal to continue my culinary experiment.Consequently, I work in a gourmet restaurant called Fork. In 2016, I had the opportunity to take part in a culinary competition in Ghana, which enabled me to live a real human experience and got a Certificate of participation.
