We are looking for a Chef for the DREAM BEACH restaurant for the month of January 2017.
Required skills :
- Manage the catering team
- Create a menu
- Develop menus and make dishes
- Monitoring and controlling the proper functioning of the distribution of the service (cooking, temperature, speed, presentation, continuity of production,)
- Define, control and report on the management of the institution’s activities by leading and managing a team of food service professionals.
