LONGONYA is l the outcome of a meeting between two people with different cultures.

Marvet,a Congo origin,has a culinary culture strongly oriented to the exoticism and valorization of the exotic fruit. Alexandre, with a tradition in the field of wine and winemaking,has brought the ”wine French touch” since France is the country of wine par excellence.

Together,they want to associate their skills and mix their cultures to develop a new chain of exotic fruits which expresses (i) the use of French know-how and methods of vinification. (ii)The exploitation of exotic fruits to produce natural fermented beverages without flavorings or dye:The birth of Longonya,a trademark for wines and spirits.

The first product marketed is the white of Kiwi, a flavored wine with its aromatic kiwi characteristics,but the two young men are already working on another product that will exploit another fruit,Mango.This will be a Surprise.

“Le blanc de kiwi”

Our ”Blanc de Kiwi” is our unique ”Wine” of kiwi.It is a cool fruit drink,and eco-responsive. Close to a white wine,this is a pale yellow nectar,with an exuberant exotic citrus fruit,with a fresh balance and a lasting Aroma.’Le blanc de Kiwi has a low Alcoholic content:8.5.

Kiwi

The kiwi is an exotic fruit originating  from China. It’s a fruit rich in vitamins and aromatic precursors, which allows it to ferment in an excellent white. The mastery of the maturity of the kiwi is a vital criterion for the balance of the “Blanc de kiwi”.

French oenologists

Our ”Blanc de kiwi” is derived from several years of research and development. We have worked with the best oenologists in the purpose of getting an exceptional drink. This has helped to create a unique drink via the fermentation of the JUICE of kiwi fruit. We used a millennial know-how, to develop an innovative drink. France is the leader in the production of wines and spirits of top quality.

What’s the taste?

The white of kiwi is ideal for a tasting in aperitif, or to accompany fish dishes, seafood  and shellfish during a meal. It can also be tasted in entrees with a composed salad chews and pink grapefruit for example. The ideal temperature of consumption is 8-10°C.
