It’s 6 pm, just arriving in the village of fishermen on the beach of Songolo, in Pointe Noire. The air is heavy, the atmosphere is not usual. The sound of the waves paced to the cries of birds that hover on the surface do not prevent herons dogs to eat lost fishes. Few traders awaiting the arrival of canoes are disappointed with the announcement: because of the abundance of freshwater fish in the market, fishermen are forbidden to go to sea because of the influx of the unused stock.
