Chef Pâtissier, you are the head of this department in the kitchen.
You participate in the production of pastries in compliance with the rules of hygiene and safety and guarantee the quality of the cold preparations that you are elaborating.
You support the chef in the elaboration of the menu.
Description of the profile
You must have a CAP or equivalent and have at least two (2) years of experience in community, traditional or gastronomy.
You must absolutely master HACCP standards.
You must be familiar with pastry techniques.
Organized, rigorous and efficient, you are recognized for your professionalism and your relational qualities.
