My name is Vitrice Alain Mea. I’m an Ivorian,I’m 22 years and I Cook and also a radio animator. After completing high school, decided I decided to pursue my passion: Cooking,I did a three (3) years training in a hospitality institution,after which I was an intern at Golf Hotel at ”patisserie Abidjanaise”. since I’ve acquired the experience which I find insufficient because I would like to be part of this beautiful project, Chefs-In-Africa, to valorize my Ivorian and African culture throughout the world by proposing original dishes. I have a thirst to learn which will enable me to reach my goal, to be the most recognised Chef in Africa.
