My name is Sofia, I’am 30years old,am a Moroccan, I’have been living in Ivory Coast for about 24 years now.I started learning how to cook from my mum at a very young age,I think that’s what gave birth to my love for the Art. I’nurture my skill by learning from my entourage,my daily life, also having rubbed shoulders with Chef Dieuveil Malonga on at his culinary project project Kitchen & Party which was held in West Africa.
African cuisine is very exhaustive,not in terms of quantity,but in diversity and Flavors.We have a large variety of spices,smoked fish, dry roots and leaves,and aromatic herbs.Reasons being why my culinary philosophy reflects the beautiful,colorful and copious image of Africa.
I intend to valorize African cuisine in every event in I which I participate.African cuisine has a very vast diversity,unfortunately it is not known to the rest of the world.I am working on some Ivorian recipes with a Moroccan touch.Shout out to these two countries that are so dear to me, and whose culinary blend is so rich in color.
