I am Martial,I am 29 years old,I was born in Pointe-noire in Congo and I live in Cape town,South Africa.After high school,I decided to pursue my passion,which was cooking, my father remain a great inspiration to me.I remembered him cooking for us when I was a kid.He had a special way of mixing spices that gave a unique taste to his dishes.

Before leaving for South Africa,between the years 2004 and 2006, I decided to work in this domain.Cooking to me, is an art that helps me develop my imagination. It is as a result of these strong convictions, that made me study the art.I got in contact with Chef Martinez ,who got me my first hotel job.I worked at the Pantry for 3 months and later became a cook assistant.

I later enrolled into culinary institution in 2011,where I obtained a certificate in culinary arts,this  permitted me to get job immediately after graduating.Three years later I joined the french Restaurant Cassis Paris French Oven.Two years later I joined a big catering company in South Africa, where I learned many new cooking techniques and recipes.
