My name is DJINADJA Jean Eudes,I’m 21 years old,of a togolese nationality,I was born and reside in Lome(Togo) where I completed my high school in science and chemistry in 2012. Passionate in cooking I opted for a training at Hotel Napoleon in Lome in December 2015. After my training at Hotel Napoleon,I did a month of internship at Hotel Mrode,and later at Restaurant le Patio where I presently work.
Cooking to me is an art that requires alot of inspiration and doesn’t stop to inspire me everyday,thanks to competitions like star chef,and top chef…In my opinion,much effort must be made to valorize our cuisine,so that it arouses the accession of other countries of the world.To do this,we need to create several training centers across the continent to train future leaders and to young cooks, as we also contribute in bringing our know-how. It would also be interesting to put in place structures that will be able to launch each year various culinary competition in order to put to the test the creativity of its Nuggets.
