Direct assistant to the sous chef, you are a true right hand.
You participate in culinary production respecting the rules of hygiene and security and guarantee the quality of the cold and hot preparations which you work out.You support the second of kitchen in the supervision of the team and the organization of the section of production.Your amplitude per hour can vary between 4 o’clock and 12 from the Monday till Friday in most cases, and sometimes week end.
You must be holder of a ”CAP” or equivalent and have at least 2 years of experience community, the traditional or gastronomy .
You must master the HACCP standards
You perfectly know the techniques of cooking and preparation of various foods.
Organized, rigorous and effective, you are known for your professionalism and your relational qualities.
