I am called Guede vokoi,am 31 years old,am an Ivorian.My love for cooking started at a very tender age,I decided to take  my first steps into the culinary world.After two years of training,I discovered the world of professionalism at PULLMAN Hotel Abidjan where I did my first internship.After obtaining a certificate in  Culinary Arts,I moved over to Tunisia where I did two years of studies in Hotel management, this gave me the opportunity to do my internship at the VATEL NIMES and RENAISSANCE PARIS LA DEFENCE.

I have experienced all the different fields of the Hospitality industry,from the kitchen,reception,waiter,to room service, but i was very passionate about the kitchen. I later completed my Diploma in Culinary arts and a Masters in marketing and International commerce.

African cuisine is very rich in it’s taste,flavors ,spices,and therefore needs to be shoved.In that effect, young African chefs and food lovers need to create recipes that reflects our continent, thus selling our cuisine to the world.
