Born in Libreville, Jr O’ meil Moudounga  already showed a particular interest in cooking at the age of 8 years, surprising his parents by  giving his opinion on the quality of the food that was served. At the age of 15, he found his vocation job by cooking.
He  started his professional career at the age of 16 years, then over time our young enthusiast accepted his job and imposed his respect, the plural Cook… He had developed a real passion for the arts of the table and knew that he found his calling

My kitchen is inspired by the principles of the  grandmother’s kitchen, I match the trends of the moment according to my inspiration and my culinary travel experiences,I  like to deconstruct a recipe and reinvent it to enhance the flavors, for example I like to use a Haute Couture Nelson with a Nelson cannelloni stuffed with foam of potato with herb.
