My name is Omer phiri,I’m 30 years old,a Zambian by birth, I grew up in south Africa where I completed my grade 12 in 1999. In 2004 I went to Belgium to study TRAINING SPECIALIST BAKERY MANAGER in SAINT BOSCO DE BELGIQUE after I got my certificate I went back in south africa and studied HOSPITALITY & CATERING N4, N5 with SAINT IGNATIUS COLLEGE JHB/ S.A at the time I was doing a part time job with food lovers market as bakery supervisor under bakery department.
After I finished my school I started working with same supermarket in south africa and I was called again to start working permanent with food lovers market. I really enjoyed working in this industry because I love baking and cooking and I always love to learn.
My dream is to be one of the top chefs in Africa and make my country proud. Thanks for giving me this opportunity, I’m willing to work with you guys and learn more from you also to make our Africa the best .
