My name is ATSOU,am Togolese and 27 years old.I did my primary and secondary education in my hometown Lome.After completing high school,I decided to follow my passion:Cooking.Being my mother’s only son, I would always stay by her whenever she was cooking,I always watched her pot,and added our local spices to her food,she is my greatest inspiration.

After obtaining my license in hospitality,I did internships in different hotels in Togo:”L’hotel les Balkans,El Doria Hotel,Le Restaurant & maison d’hotes Le Patio,Le Restaurant Le Bourgeois.During my internship,I learned new methods of cooking and new recipes.I had the opportunity to work with Chef Dieuveil MALONGA  in Ivory coast, on a project to put African gastronomy on the wold map.

African gastronomy is still unexploited in terms of textures,tastes,flavours.My wish it to share these riches to the rest of the world.
