I am Koffi Kouadio Maxime, I am 23 years old and I am of Ivorian nationality. I live in Ivory Coast and I attended the Modern college of Saint François Xavier of Yopougon Kouté until completion of my secondary school. It is from my mother that I learned how to cook because she worked as a porter with the big chefs of the Hotel college of this city.
In 2013,i enrolled in this college for training in the culinary domain. I obtained my diploma in 2015.
I was trained by renown chefs of restoration in Ivory Coast such as Chief Anoh Charles,Anouma Chief, Kramo Chief, Yapi Chief andChef Gmamien Olivier to name a few.
I took training courses in particular with Assinie Assouindé and Grand Bassam,with the Hotel Koral Beach, where I was the chef. Thereafter started working with chefs Yapi and Kramo in the Abidjan Golf Hotel. I took part in several competitions, in particular the “food Master degree” where I received the 3rd prize and the“Dinor plus” where I won the Award.
The Culinary art is one that each one must develop and this, everywhere in the world to make known the talents of the African chefs throughout the world. The Chefs Dieuveil Malonga, Loïc Dablé, Kaberstain, Gmamien only to name a few, are my sources of motivation.We must create dishes containing our African ingredients,thus valorizing the African cuisine.
