.I am called Aser, I’m a young passionate cook of Togolese nationality,I’m 30years old and am a ”seconde” at Restaurant Patio located in Lome(Togo). My Adolescence was marked by the delicious meals that my mother was preparing with our local spices,and I was always of aid to her in the kitchen.My father initiated me into the art of table dressing,its my parental influence that germinated my passion for culinary arts. After my secondary education,I was intergrated into the faculty of law,however ,the thirst to work and live with my passion was on me. That is how I obtained a two years training in culinary Arts in Togo. Then I went to Accra Ghana,where I completed my studies with internships.In October 2015, thanks to my talent and my open spirit, I had the opportunity to meet the head chef of Patio Restaurant, Jonathan Jonathan Hekpazo, through the emergence of several TV shows ,the kitchen is becoming more and more a matter of stars,this is an ideology I do not share, because feeding the society is a serious thing.Thus we must be very creative and innovative. I think African cuisine is revolutionary and a mediator, despite it’s hospitality,there is still much to be exploited.My objective is to take advantage of the multi-ethnic diversed culinary culture of my people,and my continent Africa in order to make known our kitchen to the rest of the world.
